释义	机票改签，怎么收取费用？原则上3折以下机票不改签、不退票。4折－9折按规定收取相应手续费。全价票或头等舱可以随意改签，改签的班次有余票就可以。如果不能确定改为哪一天，可以一直保留机票改签的班次票高于现价的要补足差价，低于所持有机票航空公司不给往回补差价。如果是航空公司的原因导致的需要改签，则没有任何限制。另外有些航空公司还对起飞2小时之前、之后，飞机起飞之后改签也有相应的规定。这样解释好理解吗？该内容由杨振军律师和律说律答共创回答
