释义	法律主观： 1、如果是增值税专用发票，没有认证的情况下，可以退回发票并出具拒收证明，如果是当月的，销方可以直接作废，如果隔月，销方应该向主管税务机关申请开具红字发票通知单。如果已经认证就要作为记账依据入账，然后向主管税务机关申请开具给字发票通知单交销售方； 2、如果是增值税普通发票，如果没有入账，可以把发票退回销方，销方可以作废原发票（当月）或开红字（普通）发票冲销；如果已经入账就要和销售方签订退货协议，凭协议，销方可以开红字（普通）发票。
