释义	法律分析：法院不可能也不会判监外执行的。监外执行是监狱等机构的职权。此外，法院可以根据本案案情，向监狱等服刑单位提司法建议。所以法院不可以直接判处监外执行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百五十四条对被判处有期徒刑或者拘役的罪犯，有下列情形之一的，可以暂予监外执行：(一)有严重疾病需要保外就医的(二)怀孕或者正在哺乳自己婴儿的妇女(三)生活不能自理，适用暂予监外执行不致危害社会的。对被判处无期徒刑的罪犯，有前款第二项规定情形的，可以暂予监外执行。
