问题	什么是附条件赠与?
释义	所谓附条件赠与，是指当事人对赠与行为设定一定的条件，把条件的成就与否作为赠与行为的效力发生或消灭的前提。在附条件的赠与中，条件的成就与否关系到赠与合同的效力。当条件尚未成就时，赠与的权利义务虽已确定，但效力却处于未定状态。如果条件成就，赠与合同就生效。【本文关联的相关法律依据】《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百五十八条民事法律行为可以附条件，但是根据其性质不得附条件的除外。附生效条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时生效。附解除条件的民事法律行为，自条件成就时失效。
