释义	法律分析：公车违章应个人去处理。单位不可以报销。公车违章要根据车辆使用登记，是谁的责任，就由谁来承担，是谁的违法行为，就由谁来缴纳罚款。无论是现场处罚还是非现场处罚(即违法停车贴条、电子警察摄录等)，只要交管部门已对该违法行为进行裁决，当事人应当自收到罚款的行政处罚决定书之日起十五日内缴纳罚款。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》第九十条　机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
