释义	对累犯抢劫在抢劫罪的判刑标准上，从重处罚，并且不得假释，也不适用缓刑。从重处罚，必须根据其所实施的犯罪行为的性质、情节、社会危害程度，确定其刑罚，不是一律判处法定最高刑。【法律依据】《刑法》第六十五条，被判处有期徒刑以上刑罚的犯罪分子，刑罚执行完毕或者赦免以后，在五年以内再犯应当判处有期徒刑以上刑罚之罪的，是累犯，应当从重处罚，但是过失犯罪和不满十八周岁的人犯罪的除外。
