释义	车辆通行高速公路时，乘车人不按规定系安全带的，罚款20元。在城市市区限速50公里以下路段驾驶机动车，乘坐人未按规定使用安全带，经指出后立即改正的，口头警告。法律依据：《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法实施条例》第九十条机动车驾驶人违反道路交通安全法律、法规关于道路通行规定的，处警告或者二十元以上二百元以下罚款。本法另有规定的，依照规定处罚。
