释义	法律分析：不报、谎报事故罪是指，在安全事故发生后，负有报告职责的人员不报，或者谎报事故情况，耽误事故抢救，并且情节严重的行为。触犯不报、谎报事故罪的犯罪嫌疑人，会被判处三年以下的有期徒刑，或者会被判处拘役。犯罪情节特别严重的，犯罪嫌疑人会被判处三年以上七年以下的有期徒刑。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第一百三十九条在安全事故发生后，负有报告职责的人员不报或者谎报事故情况，贻误事故抢救，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节特别严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
