民法典债权转让的法律规定
释义
法律分析：明确了在债权让与对债务人生效的问题上采用的是通知原则，债权人转让权利的，只需通知债务人，即对债务人发生效力。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》 第五百四十六条：债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。
债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
