释义	法律分析：员工离职后，用人单位应当在解除或者终止劳动合同的十五日内为劳动者办理档案和社会保险关系转移手续。异地转移社保的，参保人员需要到原单位所在地劳动部门办理养老、医疗保险转移凭证，有入职岗位的，再将上述材料交由新单位办理社保手续。法律依据：  《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第十九条个人跨统筹地区就业的，其基本养老保险关系随本人转移，缴费年限累计计算。个人达到法定退休年龄时，基本养老金分段计算、统一支付。具体办法由国务院规定。
