释义	法律分析：女职工流产能够享受产假。女职工怀孕未满4个月流产的，享受15天产假；怀孕满4个月流产的，享受42天产假。产假，是指在职妇女产期前后的休假待遇，一般从分娩前半个月至产后两个半月，晚婚晚育者可前后长至四个月，女职工生育享受不少于九十八天的产假。法律依据：《女职工劳动保护特别规定》第八条，女职工产假为90天，其中产前休假15天。难产的，增加产假15天。多胞胎生育的，每多生育一个婴儿，增加产假15天。女职工怀孕流产的，其所在单位应当根据医务部门的证明，给予一定时间的产假。
