释义	法律分析：如果允许第三人以善意取得或登记公示对抗房屋优先购买权人的先买权，容易给房屋优先购买权人先买权保护留下致命漏洞，产权人和第三人完全可以串通在不告之承租人的情况下进行交易并办理过户登记，事后承租人知悉后只能欲哭无泪，这显然不符合法律设立优先购买权的目的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百二十八条出租人未通知承租人或者有其他妨害承租人行使优先购买权情形的，承租人可以请求出租人承担赔偿责任。但是，出租人与第三人订立的房屋买卖合同的效力不受影响。
