释义	法律分析：劳动者辞职到期，用人单位无故拖欠其工资的，劳动者可以向当地的劳动监察部门进行投诉举报，要求用人单位支付其被拖欠的工资。劳动者辞职，用人单位不批准的，劳动者可以通给用人单位递交一份辞职书，保留好复印一份辞职书，辞职到期以后，要求用人单位支付其工资以及为其办理离职手续。劳动者提前30天提出的书面离职，不需要用人单位批准就可以离职。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第三十七条，劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
