兼职一般会签合同吗？

兼职应该属于非全日制用工，不属于劳动合同法规定的必须签订书面劳动合同的情形，是否签合同双方自愿，但如果能签订书面合同最好。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》 第六十八条 非全日制用工，是指以小时计酬为主，劳动者在同一用人单位一般平均每日工作时间不超过四小时，每周工作时间累计不超过二十四小时的用工形式。第六十九条规定，非全日制用工双方当事人可以订立口头协议。
