本票的有效期是多少天 -法律知识

法律分析：
平常所说的本票有效期实际上就是提示付款期,支付结算办法规定的银行本票的提示付款期限最长不超过2个月,1个月的提示付款期是符合规定的。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国票据法》
第七十三条 本票是出票人签发的，承诺自己在见票时无条件支付确定的金额给收款人或者持票人的票据。
本法所称本票，是指银行本票。
第七十四条 本票的出票人必须具有支付本票金额的可靠资金来源，并保证支付。
第七十五条 本票出票人的资格由中国人民银行审定，具体管理办法由中国人民银行规定。
