释义	上法庭打官司不请律师是可以的，任何人都被允许自辩的，这是我们法律所允许的，但是当前这个时代请律师是一种形势，这里面是有原因的。一是律师毕竟是专业人士，他们毕竟比我们自己更懂法律，当然自己如果是律师除外，所以让他们为辩解更胜任。二是现在都要求法律公正，如果没有律师的话(这一般是针对刑事案件)，有司法不公开，不公正的嫌疑。三是就象我在上面说的这已经是一种形势，法院一般都会要求请律师的，当然民事案件就没有这么严重，现在追求的是和谐社会，所以现在的民事案件更强调调解。
