释义	认定卖淫嫖娼行为，除了嫌疑人的供述外，公安民警还应调查的其他证据，如：民警当场抓获时民警的证言；或者现场的有关物证或书证；或者能够证明卖淫嫖娼的视听资料；或者介绍或容留人的证言；或者其他人证、物证等。如果嫌疑人不承认卖淫嫖娼，但公安机关有充分证据证明的，可以认定卖淫嫖娼行为。《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》四十六条对一切案件的判处都要重证据，重调查研究，不轻信口供。只有被告人供述，没有其他证据的，不能认定被告人有罪和处以刑罚；没有被告人供述，证据充分确实的，可以认定被告人有罪和处以刑罚。
