释义	女方死亡男方一般是无权分女方家父母遗产的。但如下情况除外：1、丧偶女婿对岳父母，尽了主要赡养义务的，作为第一顺序继承人的，应当将女婿视为作为法定的第一顺序继承人，依法享有相应的继承权；2、主要依靠岳父母抚养，或对岳父母抚养较多的，可以分给适当的遗产。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千一百三十一条对继承人以外的依靠被继承人抚养的人，或者继承人以外的对被继承人抚养较多的人，可以分给适当的遗产。第一千一百二十九条丧偶儿媳对公婆，丧偶女婿对岳父母，尽了主要赡养义务的，作为第一顺序继承人。
