监狱可以抽烟喝酒吗 |

监狱里可以适当抽烟，但监狱绝对禁止服刑人员喝酒。
法律规定不饮酒，要不违反规定吸烟。虽然监狱的犯人犯法了，但是有人权。现在的监狱管理比较人性化，改造当中的服刑人员可以吸烟，可以通过正常的与家属接见通道和监设立的商店购买需要的物品。但是在学习、会议、总结等集体活动时禁止吸烟。
监狱指关押一切犯人的场所，包括监狱，看守所，拘留所等。狭义的监狱指依照刑法和刑事诉讼法的规定，被判处死刑缓期二年执行、无期徒刑、有期徒刑的罪犯，在监狱内执行刑罚。对罪犯实行惩罚和改造相结合、教育和劳动相结合的原则，将罪犯改造成为守法公民。
监狱虽然是管教犯人的地方，剥夺了犯人的自由，但也不是没有人性的地方，只要有利于犯人的改造，许多地方还是可以通融的。

罪犯的人格不受侮辱，其人身安全、合法财产和辩护、申诉、控告检举以及其他未被依法剥夺或者限制的权利不受侵犯。罪犯必须严格遵守法律、法规和监规纪律，服从管理，接受教育，参加劳动。
