释义	法律分析： FOB贸易条款即船上交货(指定装运港)。它指卖方在指定的装运港把货物送过船舷后交付，货过船舷后买方须承担货物的全部费用、风险、灭失或损坏，另外要求卖方办理货物的出口结关手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国交通部航行国际航线船舶及外贸进出口货物港口收费规则》第一条 中华人民共和国港口向航行国际航线的船舶及国外进出口货物计收的港口费用，均按本规则办理。各港与香港、澳门之间的运输，比照本规则办理。
