法律分析：没有区别。除非是大学毕业按直招士官或特招军官入伍。否则二次入伍还是列兵，而且年龄没有放宽。这么算下来，如果第一次按下士入伍，那就是干了5年，没可能再二次入伍了。
法律依据：《中华人民共和国退役士兵安置条例》 第四十四条 退役士兵服现役年限计算为工龄，与所在单位工作年限累计计算，享受国家和所在单位规定的与工龄有关的相应待遇。
