民法典自书遗嘱怎么写法律
释义
自书遗嘱所规定的形式要件是:
(1)遗嘱人亲笔书写，不能由他人代笔，也不能打印;
(2)有本人签名，并注明年、月、日。同时，自书遗嘱也应具备其他形式遗嘱的基本要件:
1、立遗嘱人有民事行为能力;
2、立遗嘱人立遗嘱时，系亲自实施该民事行为;
3、遗嘱内容是立遗嘱人的真实意思表示;
4、遗嘱中所处分的财产是立遗嘱人的合法个人财产;
5、遗嘱形式符合法律规定。
