释义	公路晒粮食是违法的。我国道路交通管理条例规定：不准在道路上打场、晒粮、放牧、堆肥和倾倒废物。任何单位和个人未经公安机关批准，不准占用道路摆摊设点、停放车辆、堆物作业、搭棚、盖房、进行集市贸易和其他妨碍交通的活动。除公安机关外，其他部门不准在道路上设置检查站拦截、检查车辆。有关部门确需上路进行检查时，可派人参加公安机关的检查站进行工作。法律依据《中华人民共和国道路交通管理条例》第六十七条不准在道路上打场、晒粮、放牧、堆肥和倾倒废物。
