个人能不能买职工医疗保险 -法律知识

法律分析:
可以自己缴纳。但要与养老保险一起交，医疗保险直接去当地医保中心办理即可。一般个人缴纳医保，医保部门不建立基本医疗保险个人账户。也就是说，在医保IC卡上，没有个人资金。但也有地方设有个人账户，划入基金很少，会根据不同年龄段按不同比例划入。具体要看当地的政策。

《职工医疗保险条例全文》 第一条 为保障城镇从业人员的基本医疗，合理利用医疗资源，根据国家的有关规定，结合本省实际，制定本条例。
