法律分析：
诉讼档案的保管期限分为永久、长期、短期三种。凡属需要长远保存查考利用的档案划为永久保管；凡属在相当长的时期内需要保存查考利用的档案划为长期保管，保管期限为60年；凡属在相对较短的时期内需要保存查考利用的档案划为短期保管，保管期限为30年。

《人民法院诉讼档案保管期限的规定》
一、根据《中华人民共和国档案法》、《中华人民共和国档案法实施办法》和《机关档案工作条例》的有关规定，结合人民法院诉讼档案的特点，制定本规定。
二、诉讼档案是国家重要的专业档案之一，是人民法院审判活动的真实记录，又是人民法院进行审判活动的重要依据和必要条件，应从历史的和现实的使用价值方面，准确地划定其保管期限。划定刑事诉讼档案保管期限，应根据刑期、犯罪主体身份、案件的政治和科研价值、案件的性质综合考虑，取用其中最长的保管期限。民事、经济、行政诉讼档案，应根据当事人身份、案件的影响程度和审理程序、案件性质综合考虑，取用其中最长的保管期限。
