释义	法律分析: 可以。未成年人的父母一方或双方死亡，或者丧失行为能力，无法行使监护权的，依照婚姻法第二十八条的规定，代替自己已经死亡或者丧失行为能力的子女对孙子女、外孙子女尽抚养义务的祖父母或外祖父母，主张探望权的，予以支持。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零七十四条有负担能力的祖父母、外祖父母，对于父母已经死亡或者父母无力抚养的未成年孙子女、外孙子女，有抚养的义务。有负担能力的孙子女、外孙子女，对于子女已经死亡或者子女无力赡养的祖父母、外祖父母，有赡养的义务。
