释义	法律分析：赌博在我国属于违法行为，所有的赌博活动都是不受法律保护的赌债属于非法债务，不需要偿还，同时可以到公安机关举报赌博行为。我国法律规定，出借人明知借款人是为了进行非法活动而借款的，其借贷关系不予保护。法律依据《刑法》第三百零三条赌博罪以营利为目的，聚众赌博或者以赌博为业的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。开设赌场的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金；情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
