释义	林权证的有效期与林地的承包期限挂钩。林地的承包期为一般为30到70年，也就是说，林权证的有效期为30到70年，如果林地是他人转包给你的，那么林权证的有效期应当扣除已经承包的年限。已经超出有效期的林权证失效，需再次与集体经济组织再次签订承包合同，再解决林权证。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》第二十一条耕地的承包期为三十年。草地的承包期为三十年至五十年。林地的承包期为三十年至七十年。前款规定的耕地承包期届满后再延长三十年，草地、林地承包期届满后依照前款规定相应延长。
