释义	法律分析：效婚姻案件不准许撤诉。人民法院受理申请宣告婚姻无效案件后，经审查确属无效婚姻的，不适用按自动撤诉处理的规定。人民法院在审理无效婚姻案件时发现法定的婚姻无效情形已经消失，婚姻关系则转为有效，人民法院告知当事人后，当事人申请撤诉的，可以准许。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。
