释义	法律分析：保证合同的主债权符合下列情形的可以转让，否则保证人不再承担保证责任：1.保证人与债权人未约定禁止债权转让的，债权人进行债权转让的，需要通知保证人。2.保证人与债权人约定禁止债权转让，债权人进行债权转让的，必须经保证人书面同意才可以转让债权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百九十六条债权人转让全部或者部分债权，未通知保证人的，该转让对保证人不发生效力。保证人与债权人约定禁止债权转让，债权人未经保证人书面同意转让债权的，保证人对受让人不再承担保证责任。
