释义	法律分析：婚外情是指男女双方与婚外异性，除同居或重婚外，一般的违反夫妻忠实义务的行为。如果只是单纯的婚外情只受到道德的谴责，是不受法律调节的。如果以夫妻名义与他人同居的，或者是配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，涉嫌重婚罪。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
