释义	法律分析：一般来说我国诉讼管辖遵循的是原告就被告原则，但是在一些特殊的损失中同样可以在原告地法院起诉，网贷公司有选择在异地起诉的权利，至于法院受不受理还要看其有没有审理该案件的权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二十一条对公民提起的民事诉讼，由被告住所地人民法院管辖;被告住所地与经常居住地不一致的，由经常居住地人民法院管辖。对法人或者其他组织提起的民事诉讼，由被告住所地人民法院管辖。同一诉讼的几个被告住所地、经常居住地在两个以上人民法院辖区的，各该人民法院都有管辖权。
