释义	法律分析：相继运输又称连续运输，就是多个承运人以同一种运输方式共同完成货物运输的一种运输方式，例如海海联运。在相继运输中，托运人只与数个承运人当中的某一个承运人签订运输合同，在实践当中，主要是与第一承运人签订运输合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第八百三十九条多式联运经营人可以与参加多式联运的各区段承运人就多式联运合同的各区段运输约定相互之间的责任；但是，该约定不影响多式联运经营人对全程运输承担的义务。
