释义	法律分析：商标可以共用。共有分为按份共有和共同共有。按份共有人按照各自的份额，对共有财产分享权利，分担义务；共同共有人对共有财产享有权利，承担义务。商标权作为民事财产权，可以由两个以上权利人共有。共有商标由两个或者两个以上的主体共同申请注册，共同享有和行使该商标专用权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国商标法》第五条两个以上的自然人、法人或者其他组织可以共同向商标局申请注册同一商标，共同享有和行使该商标专用权。
