释义	异地可以续签港澳通行证，只要本人凭身份证及有效的《往来港澳通行证》办理即可;也可代办，代办人需携带身份证帮人办理。另外还可以通过网络异地续签。外地户籍可在深圳办理港澳通行证（新证办理），无需户口本（原件复印件），但需要在深圳连续不断交满12个月社保（没有满时间是不可以在深圳办理）。携带身份证原件及复印件、港澳通行证（有效期一年以上）、出入境回执（最近三个月），然后进行网上预约。网上续签细节 1、需要携带的资料：申请人的《港澳通行证》；申请人的二寸相片一张(贴在《申请表》上)；申请人的身份证复印件。 2、办理港澳通行证续签费用：签注一次有效20元；选择2次有效则40元。 3、办理港澳通行证续签时间：10个工作日。 4、续办港澳通行证程序：申请人到受理窗口咨询、领取并填写《中国公民因私赴港澳地区申请表》。到受理窗口取号排队；到受理窗口交验材料并领取《回执单》；到办理窗口凭《回执单》打印缴费收据；凭缴费收据到银行缴费；凭银行收费单据和《回执单》到受理窗口领证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第十条中国公民往来内地与香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区，中国公民往来大陆与台湾地区，应当依法申请办理通行证件，并遵守本法有关规定。具体管理形式由国务院规定。第十一条中国公民出境入境，应当向出入境边防检查机关交验本人的护照或者其他旅行证件等出境入境证件，履行规定的手续，经查验准许，方可出境入境。具备条件的口岸，出入境边防检查机关应当为中国公民出境入境提供专用通道等便利方法。
