释义	法律分析：分居满两年婚姻关系并不会自动解除。解除婚姻关系只有两种途径： 1、协议离婚，双方当事人自愿离婚，并签订离婚协议，到婚姻登记机关办理离婚登记； 2、诉讼离婚，一方到法院起诉离婚，由法院根据夫妻感情是否破裂判决是否准予离婚。法律依据：《民法典》第一千零七十六条，夫妻双方自愿离婚的，应当签订书面离婚协议，并亲自到婚姻登记机关申请离婚登记。离婚协议应当载明双方自愿离婚的意思表示和对子女抚养、财产以及债务处理等事项协商一致的意见。
