释义	构成胁迫必须具有以下几个要件：1、须有胁迫的故意。所谓胁迫的故意，包括了胁迫行为人有通过胁迫行为使被胁迫人产生恐惧心理，并基于恐惧心理而为意思表示的故意。2、须有胁迫的行为。所谓胁迫的行为，即胁迫行为人须有以加害威胁被胁迫人的意思表示，并已达到让被胁迫人产生恐惧的程度3、胁迫须具有违法性。所谓违法包括了非法的目的和非法的手段。4、须被胁迫人因恐惧心理而为的意思表示与胁迫行为间具有因果关系。当胁迫行为与结婚没有必然的因果关系时，被胁迫一方不得请求撤销婚姻关系。
