释义	复婚的程序：当事人要复婚的，应亲自共同到一方常住户口的民政局申请复婚，然后提交户口证明；居民身份证或者军人（含武装警察）身份证件以及《申请复婚登记声明书》，民政局工作人员会对当事人提交的上述材料进行审查，并在《申请复婚登记声明书》和结婚证上注明恢复结婚字样，同时收回离婚证。法律依据: 《民法典》第一千零八十三条离婚后，男女双方自愿恢复婚姻关系的，应当到婚姻登记机关重新进行结婚登记。第一千零五十条登记结婚后，按照男女双方约定，女方可以成为男方家庭的成员，男方可以成为女方家庭的成员。
