释义	公路工程桥梁的保修期是2年，等保修期满之后就会退还，但是一般情况下全款退还的机会不大。在实践中，建设工程承包合同中约定的“质保金”，有两种不同的含义，其一是指质量保修金，其二是指质量保证金。所谓质量保修金是指建设单位与施工单位在建设工程承包合同中约定或施工单位在工程保修书中承诺，在建筑工程竣工验收交付使用后，从应付的建设工程款中预留的用以维修建筑工程在保修期限和保修范围内出现的质量缺陷的资金。
