释义	如果法律无特别规章的，则依合同自由原则，当事人可任意约定期限。若未约定期限或约定不明确的，则应视为无限期合同，合同将无限期信腊地约束谨迟双方，如果双方无法协议解除，又不存在法定解除情形的，任何一方不得擅自变更或解除合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百六十条民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据祥坦李其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
