释义	法律分析: 不完全履行，是指债务人虽然履行了债务，但其履行不符合合同的约定。不完全履行，有瑕疵给付和加害给付两种情形。瑕疵给付是指债务人履行的标的物在品种、规格、数量、内在质量等方面不符合合同约定的履行行为。如果因债务人交付的标的物的缺陷而造成他人的人身、财产损害的，此种给付行为则为加害给付。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百七十七条违约责任当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
