释义	法律分析：保证人有追偿权。保证人不管是一般保证人，还是连带保证人，其本身并不是债务人，它承担责任的目的是为了保证债权人的利益得到保障。但保证人的利益同样也受法律保护。因此法律规定，保证人承担保证责任后，可以向债务人追偿。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百条保证人承担保证责任后，除当事人另有约定外，有权在其承担保证责任的范围内向债务人追偿，享有债权人对债务人的权利，但是不得损害债权人的利益。
