释义	法律分析：一般不会通知被告人一起到法院去。正常情况下，检察院将卷宗移送给法院，法院立案庭签收后，向刑庭移送，刑庭案件承办法官收到后，才会通知被告人到法院领取起诉书，再次办理取保候审手续。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第四十六条人民检察院自收到移送审查起诉的案件材料之日起三日以内，应当告知被害人及其法定代理人或者其近亲属、附带民事诉讼的当事人及其法定代理人有权委托诉讼代理人。
