怎么处理商标侵权行为？

对于商标侵权行为，工商行政管理机关可以采取下列措施给以处罚：责令停止侵权；予以罚款；就侵犯商标专用权的赔偿数额进行调解。商标权保护制度的规定，有利于保障平等民事主体在民事活动中的合法民事权益。
【法律依据】：
《中华人民共和国商标法实施细则》 第四十三条 对侵犯注册商标专用权的，由工商行政管理机关责令立即停止侵权行为，封存或者收缴其商标标识，消除现存商品和包装上的商标，责令依法赔偿被侵权人的经济损失，根据情节予以通报，并处以非法经营额20%以下或者侵权所获利润两倍以下的罚款。
