释义	法律分析：犯罪嫌疑人利用改号平台，将自己的电话改为公安、检察院、法院的电话号码，从境外打给境内群众，谎称电话机主有法院传票未取，以传唤、逮捕等借口进行恐吓，然后以涉嫌贩毒或洗黑钱公安机关需调查个人资产为由，要求受害人将资金打入所谓的安全账户以证明清白，乘机骗走群众钱财。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百七十九条冒充国家机关工作人员招摇撞骗的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利;情节严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。冒充人民警察招摇撞骗的，依照前款的规定从重处罚。
