释义	1.束己合同。束己合同指严格遵循合同的相对性原则，当事人自己设定并承受权利义务，第三人不能向合同当事人主张权利，当事人也不得向第三人主张权利的合同。2.涉他合同。涉他合同是债权相对性的例外，指效力及于第三人的合同，主要可以区分为第三人利益合同（利他合同）和第三人负担合同两种：（1）利他合同；（2）第三人负担的合同。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百二十二条当事人约定由债务人向第三人履行债务，债务人未向第三人履行债务或者履行债务不符合约定的，应当向债权人承担违约责任。
