释义	法律分析：父母无力抚养幼年时的子女的，子女独立后应当履行赡养义务。虽然《民法典》为父母子女间规定了互相扶养的对等的权利义务；但这并不是说这两个权利是必须“等价交换”的，子女不能将父母是否对其履行了抚养教育义务作为自己履行赡养父母义务的前提。因此，子女对老年父母的赡养义务不得以此为由而解除。法律依据：《民法典》第二十六条，父母对未成年子女负有抚养、教育和保护的义务。成年子女对父母负有赡养、扶助和保护的义务。
