释义	订单与合同并不是一出现就能产生法律效力的，他们有需要具备各自的生效条件，只有一定的条件才能具备法律效力。一旦具备了法律效力就要受到法律的约束，产生各自的权利义务。当然订单与合同的成立都是建立在平等自愿的基础上的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十三条具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：（一）行为人具有相应的民事行为能力；（二）意思表示真实；（三）不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。第一百四十四条无民事行为能力人实施的民事法律行为无效。
