释义	法律分析：影响。居住证过期的应该及时去办理签注手续，逾期办理的，居住证功能不能使用，居住证一年一次签注。法律依据：《江西省流动人口服务和管理办法》第十六条居住证持有人在居住地连续居住的，应当在居住每满一年之日前一个月内，到居住地公安派出所或者乡镇、街道流动人口服务管理机构、受公安机关委托的社区服务机构办理签注手续。居住证严重损坏不能辨认或者丢失的，持证人应当到核发居住证的公安派出所办理换领、补领手续。持证人换领新证时，应当交回原证。
