P2P平台跑路了钱还能要得回来吗

法律分析：根据国家相关法律规定，P2P平台涉嫌非法集资的话，查封、扣押、冻结的财产，可以返还投资人，但应扣除利息、分红、佣金、返点等费用；
涉案财产不足以全部返还的，按比例返还。
法律依据：《非法金融机构和非法金融业务活动取缔办法》第十八条 因参与非法吸收公众存款、非法集资活动而受到的损失，由参与者自行承担，所形成的债务和风险，不得转嫁给未参与非法吸收公众存款、非法集资活动的国有银行和其它金融机构以及其它任何单位。
